Our process is clear and transparent as follows:

  • Face to face meetings with your senior consultant

  • In depth discussion to ascertain your complete requirements and directives of the search/selection. This will include your strategic objectives, time requirements and the agreed approach.

  • Using our search and selection capabilities we offer you the widest possible reach of candidates. We believe no candidate is out of reach, providing you access to the greatest talent pool. We will put together a long list of up to 10 of the strongest and most appropriate candidates for your brief. We will review those candidates with you, or if you prefer we can move straight to interview for shortlist. Our experience shows a short list of up to six candidates is optimal for a short list.
