Meet our Founder and Managing Director, Neil Morris
Neil Morris founded Cadogan James with the vision to offer unrivalled, specialist support to its candidates and clients at every level. He is highly regarded for his depth of experience in business and relationship skills, and as a leading legal search and contingent selection professional.
Neil has particular experience in high-performance coaching, presentation and networking techniques which Cadogan James harnesses to improve its candidates’ skill base and performance. The emphasis on these areas crafts and informs the firm's unique position to deliver first-class solutions in talent acquisition and candidate development.
Prior to founding Cadogan James, Neil was Founder and Director of the financial and legal search firm Cadogan Financial and Legal. Before that, Neil created NFM Capital and raised in excess of $750 million, assisting companies to develop sustainable growth strategies. Prior to this, Neil had a successful career in finance and he also developed business and headed client management for an award-winning investment consultancy and held senior positions at Rothschild & Co and Fuji Capital Markets, before commencing his career in Legal Search. He is also directly informed by his experience as a solicitor with Harbottle & Lewis.
